Please familiarise yourself with the following in preparation for your manager interview:
Manager Interview The manager interview is comprised of two parts, they are:(I) case study exercise, and (II) getting to know you
(I) Case Study Exercise
The case study you will be given contains information about a business situation
The case study is written in English
You will have 60 minutes to read the case and prepare the presentation
After that, you will be asked to deliver a 10 minutes presentation to one of our KPMG Managers/Senior Managers
During the presentation, you may refer to your own notes/cue cards, if you wish
You will be asked to conduct your presentation in Chinese or English – whichever you are most comfortable with*.
* For candidates applying for KPMG Hong Kong or Macau office, the presentation will be conducted in English
(II) Getting to Know You
You will be invited to have an approximately 20 to 30 minutes conversation with one of our Managers/ Senior Managers
The purpose of the conversation is to facilitate a mutual understanding between you and KPMG
You are welcome to ask questions
The conversation will be conducted in English
